President Position
The President of the club is responsible for running monthly meetings/emergency executive board meetings, and attending all Diversity and Inclusion Board meetings. The President is also responsible creating an inclusive way in which to plan the next semester that considers topics that club members wish to do. She must have the semester calendar available before the semester begins and uploaded to the weebly. Monthly executive Board meeting, and must check in with the PSC on a regular basis. Responsible for having the list of supplies to the Treasurer at the beginning of the semester, and for room bookings for all events. Responsible for planning and finding volunteers to assist/run all events and snack shops. There are other duties that may arise that the President may be responsible for.
The President must be a second-year or above.
Vice-President Position
The Vice-President is responsible for filling the President's’ role and assisting them in any way possible. The Vice-President is responsible for attending all Diversity and Inclusion Board meetings. Bi-monthly meeting with the President.

Secretary Position
The Secretary is responsible for updating the weebly website/running the weebly blog. She is responsible for creating flyers for events. She is also responsible for keeping track of the minutes for the club meetings and having the format available to the President one week before the club meeting. The Secretary is also responsible for sending out flyers for the school about upcoming events.
Treasurer Position
The treasurer is responsible for obtaining supplies from the Director of the Lane Center. At the beginning of the semester she will receive a list of supplies from the President, and she is responsible for getting the list of supplies to the Director of the Lane Center. They are not responsible for picking up supplies, only ordering them.
Project SHelby Coordinator (PSC)
Creates multiple tests to determine how to pair participants up. Responsible for setting up Red Flag Training for Project Shelby. Makes sure that participants are checking in on each other. Receives concerns that she brings to attention of the President. Checks in with President on a regular basis about concerns/progress of students. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
